How do you ship live plants?

Seeds are shipped via regular mail. Bulbs and bare root plants are shipped via Expedited Parcel to avoid any delays that may harm the plants.

Refunds & Exchanges

Product Colour Disclaimer

Colours shown for all products are an approximation, and may vary between screens. Some plants colours are affected by soil composition. Wherever possible, we will provide photos of the colour variations within the same plant.


Perishable Products

Perishable products such as seeds, bulbs, tubers, plant starts and potted plants are non-refundable. Exchanges or compensation may be made on live plants if we shipped the wrong item without previously contacting you about a substitution. If the bulb or plant is still available, we will send a replacement. If the plant is no longer available for the season, we may offer you a gift voucher in the amount of your original purchase.


Non-Perishable Products


Non-perishable products such as tools, accessories and decor are returnable as per the following guidelines.

RETURNS REQUIRE PRIOR AUTHORIZATION.
All return requests must be in writing and received within 4 weeks of your invoice date. To obtain Return Authorization, email us at orders@willowwend.com with the following information:
     Order number or Invoice Date
     Customer name and address
     Reason for returning product
     Item Number (SKU where applicable)
     Quantity to be returned
     New item for exchange (if applicable)
Your returned merchandise must be received within 3 weeks of the date of your Return Authorization email.

An exchange or refund will be given for returned merchandise that is in its original saleable condition (excepting items that are returned for being defective). Charge card refunds can take up to two weeks to process depending on your credit card bank.

Returned merchandise that is not in its original saleable condition or returns without Return Authorization will NOT be accepted. The merchandise will be returned at customer expense or discarded.
